We are seeking a Clinical Manager for our Neurosurgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine and Injection Clinic areas. The position will have approximately 35 direct reports and work around 72 hours every 2 weeks. The Clinical Manager will also partner and work closely with the Clinical Managers in Neurology, Neuropsychology, and Speech.
They will Manage the patient care delivery to ensure the highest level of safety and quality for the Neurosciences Ambulatory Clinic and have the direct responsibility for managing employee performance to achieve optimal functioning in day-to-day operation.
Education and Learning: Required Bachelor's degree in Business or a health related field
Desired Master's degree in Business or a health related field
Work Experience: Required 5-7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills.
Desired 1 year of management experience.
License and Certifications: Required Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state of employment, some positions may require multiple licenses
