Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, evaluate, and enhance patient care delivery for neurology, neurosurgical, pulmonary, nephrology and gastroenterology patients.
Ensure departmental and organizational goals are met.
Lead and develop other and consistently role model high standards of professional practice and accountability.
Create a professional practice environment that fosters excellence in patient care and a culture of ongoing improvement.
Actively supports and advances the Quality Work Plan for Unit and ACH as a whole.
Talent Management – Build effective teams by attracting highly skilled workers, integrate staff to their jobs and into the organization and develops and retained skilled worker to meet current and future business objectives.
Fiscal Management and Resource Utilization
Professional Development and excellence in patient care.
Mater's Degree. Field of Study: MSN, MHA, MBA or related
5 years of total experience - 5 years of relevant RN experience with 2 years nursing leadership experience.
RN License (AR or Compact State)
Specialty Certification within 6 months of exam eligibility
