We are currently seeking an RN Supervisor for our Clinical Neuroscience Center. In this position, you will work under the general nursing process while using independent judgement to assign nurses, technicians and nursing care to assigned patients. You will designate shift and schedule assignments, call in staff, send staff home and monitor attendance. You will provide clinical leadership for nursing and technician staff, and ensure adequate staff to meet patient census. You will supervise staff and patient care delivery on designated shift, and serve as a clinical resource for staff. Additionally, you will serve as a role model to promote a positive work environment and quality patient care.
Qualified candidate must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Mexico or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by State of New Mexico with 2 years of directly related experience. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
