Reporting to the Nursing Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor�s of Science in Nursing preferred.
Minimum Experience/Skills:
Minimum of three (3) years recent acute care experience or equivalent in the ICU department;
Recent Charge/Supervisor experience in an acute care setting, ICU preferred.
Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:
Current California RN license;
Current BLS certification for Health Care Providers (American Heart Association certified);
Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association certified);
Current PALS certification (American Heart Association certified) (must obtain within 90 days of hire/ transfer);
Current CPI � Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training (within 6 months of hire/ transfer);
CCRN, CVS, CRRT preferred.
