Mission Hospital is seeking a dynamic full-time nurse practitioner to join its outstanding Neurosurgery division in Mission Viejo, California. In collaboration with the Neurosurgery Institute physicians and advanced practice providers, the Neurosurgery Spine program nurse practitioner will provide clinical assessment and patient care management of patients with various neurological disorders. In addition, the nurse practitioner will assist in developing and maintaining key clinical outcomes and system improvement goals for spine patients. This will involve compiling data, tracking outcomes and making clinical recommendations for process improvement.
