RN Clinical Staff Leader – 7 Main - Penn State Health Holy Spirit 7 Main is a fast paced 45 bed, progressive care telemetry unit serving the adult population with multiple comorbidities along with acute cardiac related diagnosis. Our staff are trained to care for patients with complex IV drips requiring constant telemetry monitoring, assessing stroke patients using the NIH stroke scale (Gold plus elite honor roll stroke center), and caring for other general medicine cases with multiple chronic and acute illnesses. The RN Clinical Staff Leader is responsible for assisting in supervising nursing staff; for providing leadership and orientation to nursing personnel; and for performing a variety of nursing duties in order to coordinate the delivery of care to patients. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required 

2-3 years RN experience in acute care setting 

Previous work experience in a supervisory, management or other healthcare leadership capacity 

Active RN Registered Nurse license in the state BLS required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
