Swedish is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a strong team of primary care providers at Swedish Medical Group. In this position, 50% of the NP or PA's time will be dedicated towards direct patient care while the remaining 50% will be dedicated towards virtual in-basket management. Monday through Friday with mix of clinic and virtual
Panels shared with family practice clinicians
In-basket management entails coverage for other clinicians
2+ years of APC experience strongly preferred
Compensation between $55.86 and $71.15 per hour including incentives

Swedish Medical Center's Issaquah Highlands campus is a full-service community hospital 17 miles east of downtown Seattle. The 80-bed facility provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient specialty care, including oncology, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, emergency, intensive care and a host of specialized surgical services. The Swedish Issaquah emergency department received the prestigious Summit Award by Press Ganey Associates for maintaining patient satisfaction scores in the 95th percentile or above for at least three years.
