Position Description:
Due to the expansion of our Musculoskeletal Service Line and Department of PM&R, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences located in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking candidates for full-time faculty physiatrist positions in the following areas: Musculoskeletal Medicine • General Inpatient Physiatry • General Outpatient Physiatry • PM&R Consultation • Spinal Cord Injury Medicine • Brain Injury Medicine • Electrodiagnosis. Participation in research, teaching, administrative duties and assignment to a tenure or non-tenure track is negotiable to meet career development goals. New or experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Faculty rank and compensation are commensurate with qualifications and prior experience. Requirements:
MD or equivalent • Board Certification/Eligibility in PM&R (within 2 years) • Arkansas medical license/eligibility. A pre-employment background investigation is performed on candidates selected for employment.
