Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time and experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join its team in Seattle, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity where you will have medical director responsibilities for the service line while also working in the clinic and covering call. The role also serves all Swedish midwifery practices including the ones at Issaquah, First Hill and Ballard. This is a caring team of midwives who collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, RNs, IBCLCs and support staff who are committed to midwifery while managing 40 to 50 deliveries per month. The practice has a low c-section rate and excellent perinatal outcomes. Ideal candidate is adaptable, mission-oriented, and can work independently with minimal support.
2 to 5 years' experience required
AMCB Certification, active DEA, WA State RN/ARNP license and certification from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program required.
Mix of perinatal care, GYN problem visits and annual exams, family planning, and lactation
Compensation is between $59.37 and $73.36 per hour

Swedish ExpressCare provides easily accessible care using the latest technology at multiple locations in Seattle and the surrounding area. Patients can access the clinics via walk-in, online appointments or referrals from primary care teams. Swedish ExpressCare clinics offer services seven days a week, and clinicians are supported by dedicated medical assistants. Some Swedish ExpressCare clinics are located inside Walgreens stores, offering convenient access to a complete array of pharmacy services.
