You will promotes the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act, and demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values. Qualifications:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: *Minimum Experience Requirements:** RN License Required; Current state nursing licenses or RN License for a participating state in the eNLC* Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing Required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing Preferred* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's * One year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty* American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS),* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)/or ENPC Certification* NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification* Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Certification*Physical Requirements:  ** Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)*Float Requirements:** Floating may be required to any CommonSpirit Mountain Region location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or CommonSpirit Mountain Region-identified "float zone". * Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with our policy. *To apply for our Med/Surg Internal Agency, please apply at [https://commonspirithealth.willhire.co/](https://commonspirithealth.willhire.co/)*Pay Range:$60.00 - $90.00/hour
