Job Description

As an APP, you'll lead the way in education and consultation, empowering our healthcare team members to deliver top-notch care. Dive into exciting process improvement projects, champion patient education, and contribute to innovative clinical support programs. This role is open to new and experienced APPs with inpatient neurology, medical oncology, or critical care backgrounds

Role overview:

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Provide comprehensive care to inpatient neuro-oncology patients
• Meet the medical needs of patients
• Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited PA program
• NCCPA certification and BLS Certification
• Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
• 2 years of inpatient experience in Neurology, Medicine or Critical Care

OR

• Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
• Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
• Related National NP certification and BLS certification
• 2 years of Inpatient experience in Neurology, Medicine or Critical Care

Additional Information:

• Hours: 5:30a-7:00pm weekend and holiday rotation required
• Location: 1275 York Avenue, New York NY
• This role is open to new and experienced APPs with a inpatient neurology, medical oncology, or critical care backgrounds

Reporting to: Manager, APP

Pay Range $144,000-182,000K
