DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Practice Manager, the Senior LVN is responsible for coordinating patient flow, assist the lead LVN to adjust medical assistant/LVN staffing, and performing associated nursing services. Duties include, but are not limited to: checking in patients, interviewing patients, taking vital signs, medication reconciliation, completing intake questionnaire with patients or family members, recording services in patient charts, and uploading scans. The Sr. LVN must interact with staff, patients, faculty and residents to maximize patient care, patient satisfaction, and physician satisfaction.
