IU Health Neurology Fort Wayne is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative and robust team in Fort Wayne, Indiana! Clinical experience in Neurology is preferred; including injections and pump programming. The ideal advanced practice provider candidate will have excellent critical thinking skills, are able to multitask in a high intensity setting, and have confidence in their clinical skills to function at the top of their scope. 

Position Details:

• Full-time, Day Shift 
  • Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm 
  • Will rotate in hospital as part of APP team 
  • 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient 
  • No weekends or holidays 
• Practice with experienced providers, including Advanced Practice Providers, Neurologists and Neurosurgeons 

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible 
• Must be licensed or license eligible in Indiana 
• ACNP, FNP or PA certification required
• Ideal candidates are proactive, team players and have excellent customer service skills
