Be part of a care team within Neuroscience to ensure that all aspects of their disease is managed.
We serve patients with Movement Disorders, Headaches, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular Disease, Sleep Disorders, Stroke, Vascular, Memory along with a vast Neurosurgery team
Major accountabilities of this role include patient care coordination, direct patient care, patient education, telephone triage/eVisits, and performing/assisting with in-clinic minor procedures. May float to other areas on as needed for operations need. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Clinical experience and/or interest in the care and management of patient populations specific to the area of employment. At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Nursing licensure required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
