Position Highlights
A High-Performing Level III NICU
20-bed Level III NICU â” the largest and most advanced in the region
1,300+ annual deliveries, with a daily census of ~14
24/7 in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage, ensuring consistent support
A practice with long-standing roots and excellent hospital relationships
Renovated & Expanded NICU (Completed 2023)
Work in a modern, family-friendly environment featuring:
20 spacious bed spaces, including 2 isolation rooms
State-of-the-art equipment and centralized workspaces to enhance team efficiency
On-unit overnight sleep suite for neonatologists
Full spectrum of advanced ventilation:
HFOV, HFJV, NAVA, SIMV, CPAP, HFNC, iNO
Dedicated NNP PICC team for procedural support
Comprehensive Clinical Resources
On-site pediatric subspecialties including:
Pediatric surgery
Pediatric cardiology
Pediatric ophthalmology
Pediatric anesthesia
Full telehealth subspecialty access for additional support
A 24-hour neonatal transport system staffed by highly trained nurses, RTs, and NNPs
