The Cardiac & Vascular Institute at Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a motivated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team. The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of advanced heart failure (AHF) specialists to manage and care for patients requiring transplant surgery and advanced heart failure therapies including VAD, IMPELLA, IABP, and ECMO. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience with AHF patients requiring devices and transplant surgery. Candidates must have a national Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification or must have a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or Master’s equivalent) from an ARC-PA accredited program and possess a Physician Assistant Certification.
