Intermittent Nurse- Rehabilitation- Case Mgmt
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a skilled practitioner with specialized knowledge of the pathophysiology, psychosocial and complex care needs of individuals with rehabilitation needs such as: brain injuries, spinal cord injury and disorders, and visual impairments. The RN provides direct care for veterans with complex medical and surgical needs who are admitted for acute injuries, exacerbation of previous injuries, and pre-operative and post- operative procedures. Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Participates in data collection, analysis and dissemination, remaining focused on outcomes to ensure success.
